Mrs. Triana’s Ram Report

We had another wonderful week at Riker Hill! Our Rams celebrated Unity Day by standing together for kindness, inclusion, and belonging, and took time to write thank-you notes to staff members who make a difference in their lives. It was heartwarming to see our Ramily Values shine through these thoughtful acts of appreciation!

Looking ahead, we have a fun-filled week coming up as we celebrate Red Ribbon Week and get ready for a SPOOK-tacular Halloween! Be sure to read the important information below so your family doesn't miss a thing

Celebrating Our Rams

Each week, our staff looks for classes demonstrating our Ramily Values—kindness, caring, respect, responsibility, friendliness, and safe choices.

Congratulations to this week’s shoutouts:

Ms. Cohen's 2nd Grade Class for showing the Ramily Way in the hallways, during lunch, and in art class! Your respect and responsibility have been noticed all week.

Ms. Friedman's 5th Grade Class for going above and beyond during our bus evacuation drill! Students remained silent, followed directions, showed respect, and evacuated safely and efficiently.

Way to go, Rams! We are so proud of you!

Ramily Tip for Home

This month, our Ramily is focusing on being Respectful by treating others the way we want to be treated, valuing our differences, listening to others, and making choices that help everyone feel safe.

Next week, our Rams are celebrating Red Ribbon Week by making healthy choices, being kind to themselves and others, and committing to a safe, healthy lifestyle. Through daily conversations and activities, students are learning the importance of making positive choices and being role models who reflect the Ramily Way!
